Camp Parsons is a summer camp on the Hood Canal operated by Chief Seattle Council, providing over 100 years of exceptional camping at the country’s oldest continuous Scouting America camp west of the Mississippi. Troop 80 and 8080 attend camp for one week each summer and a number of Troop 80/8080 scouts have served on Camp Parsons staff.

Philmont Scout Ranch is a Scouting America National High Adventure base in New Mexico. Troop 80 and 8080 organizes summer treks every other year for Scouts ages 14 and older. Scouts participate in a backpacking trek across 1 or more weeks throughout the Philmont backcountry.
